Like many of you, I grew up believing that hard work was the key. I was told that if you just worked hard enough, you’d succeed. So that’s exactly what I did. I became an elite athlete. Landed a six-figure job out of school. Married young, had kids, and climbed the corporate ladder. From the outside, everything looked perfect. I was doing everything “right” by society’s standards.
But I wasn’t happy or fulfilled.
I felt trapped by a system that rewarded my performance, not my purpose. No matter how hard I worked or how much value I created, I never felt in control of my time, energy, or my future.
I was hungry for more. I wanted more purpose, more freedom, and more control over my future. So I dove headfirst into books, courses, seminars, and anything I could find on mindset, real estate, business, and personal growth.
The real shift happened when I hired a coach, someone who helped me see what I couldn’t see on my own, and unlock the path to everything I knew was possible.
Eventually, I took the leap. I left the security of a steady paycheck and invested in the one thing I knew would create real change, which was myself.
After building several successful ventures, including a $50M+ hospitality and commercial real estate business, and scaling my real estate investments, I began helping others do the same.
I went on to become a Master Platinum Coach for Tony Robbins, guiding clients around the world to break through limits, build extraordinary lives, and redefine what’s possible.
After that, I started my own coaching practice, Trevor McGregor Coaching, and I’ve delivered over 45,000 coaching sessions to clients in more than 20 countries, while building a life that’s completely aligned with who I am.
